1. MANDATORY CONSUMER DISCLOSURE (CROA)
The following statement is required by Federal Law (15 U.S.C. § 1679c).
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any "credit repair" company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing the Doers Wealth Strategy website and services, you agree to the following:
Service Description: Doers Wealth Strategy is a Credit Repair Organization. We provide credit analysis, dispute services, and funding optimization consulting.
Written Contract Required: No services will be performed until a written and dated contract has been signed by you and the 3-day "cooling off" period has passed.
No Guarantees: While we utilize forensic data to optimize your profile, we cannot guarantee specific score increases or approval for specific loan amounts, as these are determined by third-party lenders and algorithms.
Affiliate Disclosure: We may recommend third-party tools (e.g., SmartCredit) to access your data. We may receive a commission if you purchase through our links.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your service agreement without any penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed your contract.
Performance-Based Billing: In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Doers Wealth Strategy does not charge upfront fees for credit repair services. Fees are only earned and collected after the promised services have been fully performed.
Digital Products: Our "Path to Yes" Checklist and other instantly delivered digital educational materials are non-refundable.
Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to credit monitoring services (e.g., $1.00 trials) are paid to those providers directly and are subject to their specific refund terms.
